‘Once Upon A Hong Kong’
Inspired by Czech writer M. Sasek, illustrator 麥東記 donmak & co. has used his brushes to immortalise present-day Hong Kong as a legacy for his young daughter. A visual memoir like no other, his paintings in ‘Once Upon a Hong Kong’ are as poignant as they are powerful, prompting viewers to ponder on the future of a city at the crossroads.
